Returns & Exchanges

At Dockers®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 60 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or carrier drop-box near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
